Residents should continue to vigorously boil their water for at least one (1) full minute prior to drinking or cooking until otherwise notified by the City of Clemson. Also, any ice made from water which has not been boiled should not be used for drinking purposes.
This advisory is being issued as a precaution only, due to low water pressure caused by the repair of a 6” main water line break caused by a directional boring contractor.
The City of Clemson is presently working to correct the problem.
