Due to a scheduled repair, the Southern Monroe Water Authority issued a precautionary boil advisory Wednesday for customers on Cedar Bluff Road and at 8250, 8230 and 8190 S. Old Ind. 37.

Water intended for cooking or drinking should be boiled for 5 minutes prior to use.
