The Jeff Davis Water Commission #1 has issued a boil water advisory for some residents in Thornwell, Louisiana.
Residents on Mouton Road, Clovis Road, Mallett Road, Ward Line Road, and Hillais Road, are now under a boil water advisory.
The advisory is issued as a precaution as crews make repairs to a water line in the area.
