Boil water advisory issued for some Milton residents

MILTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) — A boil water advisory was issued Wednesday evening for city of Milton water customers in the Newmans Branch Road area, according to a news release.

All customers in that area are encouraged to boil any water used for drinking, cooking, bathing, oral hygiene, brushing teeth and watering pets. The water should be boiled for at least a minute and allowed to cool before use.

The boil notice will remain in effect until further notice.
