The Point Blue Water System says that some customers in Ville Platte will have their water shut off on March 22, beginning at 10:30 am.
Point Blue says that customers living on Rue Des Cajun, Rue Maury, and Rue Richaume will be shut off March 22 at 10:30 am.
Crews say repairs are being made to a 2-inch flush valve.
The water system says customers will experience the shut off for approximately one (1) hour.
Customers will be under a boil water advisory after the water is restored.
The water system will update when the advisory has been rescinded.
