LEONVILLE, La. (KLFY)– The Town of Leonville has issued a boil advisory.

According to a news release, the town was experiencing problems with their water supply system.

Officials state that the areas included in the advisory are:

• All of Fort Hamilton Subdivision
• All of Lynwood East Subdivision (Including Grand Road)
• Country Ridge Road from I-49 to La 31
• Meadow Run and Lynwood loop
• CBS and Suburban Village trailer parks.
• La 31 from Rainbow Rd up to Sir Thomas Drive at Coteau Fire Station
• La Hey 742 at Sir Thomas Drive up to Jenning Road at 780 Hwy 742 St. Landry Parish 911 building
• La 31 from Coteau Fire Station up to 7322 Hwy 31

As a precaution the town has issued the advisory.
