Notes: There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and site tour for all prospective bidders bidding on this Contract to be held at the Hartford Water Pollution Control Facility Administration Building Assembly Room, 240 Brainard Road, Hartford, Connecticut at 10:00 AM, Local Time, on June 23, 2017.
In order to be considered a responsible bidder, attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and site tour is required.
Failure to attend and sign the attendance sheet at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference may result in your bid being deemed non-responsive and ineligible for review and award by the District.
Prospective bidders will be expected to have read and reviewed the bid documents.
Formal and binding answers will be issued by addendum only.
Due to active construction activities, all pre-bid attendees planning on inspecting and touring the facility and worksite shall provide themselves with appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
PPE shall include reflective safety vest, safety hardhat, safety glasses, and protective shoes.
