TARBORO, N.C. (WNCT) – The town of Pinetops is under a mandatory boil water advisory after a busted pipe.

The water leak has been found and fixed, but the advisory will remain in place until Monday at 4 p.m.

Mayor Steve Burress is asking residents to boil any water being used, and to conserve water as much as possible.
