STANFORD, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Boil Water Advisory was issued Tuesday afternoon for parts of Lincoln County.
The McKinney Water District says a line break near the intersection of Neals Creek School Road and Highway 698 led to the advisory.
An estimated 480 customers are affected in the following areas: The Stanford side of Highway 698 to Mason Gap, Neals Creek Road, Highway 27, Fairgrounds Road, the Maywood area, Highway 1247 and all roads leading off the above named locations.
Affected customers should boil all water to be used for cooking or drinking for at least three minutes until further notice.
