SCOTT COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) — A boil water advisory has been issued for parts of Scott County, Mississippi.

H & H Water System officials said they issued an advisory for its customers in the Harperville Cemetery area going North.

A broken water line in the area is the reason for the boil water notice.

Officials said residents would be notified once the water is safe to drink again.
