GIBRALTAR (WWJ) – The city of Gibraltar is under a Boil Water Advisory due to a water main break in the area.
According to a release from the city water pressure dropped after the water main break happened on West Jefferson near Woodruff avenues.
"Residents should not consume tap water without first boiling.
Water pressures due to the recent water main break have resulted in pressures below 5 psi.
Emergency connections have been opened to hopefully restore pressure shortly," reads the post on the city’s Facebook page.
