Lewisburg area restaurants find workarounds for water during boil advisory

"We source up to about 70-percent of all of our goods from local sources, as far as farms, nurseries, basically anywhere local," Perry said.
But when the news of the boil water advisory broke, General Manager Dan Perry knew working around an old problem will become the new status quo once again.
"It is a little bit of an annoyance," Perry said.
"But it isn’t detrimental to where we have to shut our doors."
After washing, employees are also sanitizing their hands and their dishes, as part of a more hygenic way to serve those who walk in their door.
"We just don’t want take away from the customers’ experience," Perry said.
"Especially if it is something of a city problem that we have no control over."
After 14 years in the business, Perry said they just go with the flow.
"We’ve been doing this for a long time," Perry said.
"A boil advisory isn’t going to stop us now."
