Melbourne utility officials announced Wednesday the end of the precautionary boil water advisory for Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach and other beachside communities.
The notice was issued Sunday after the water main break near Burns Boulevard and Bay Drive.
The area for the boil notice extended from Wallace Avenue and the Pineda Causeway.
Two days of sample tests showed the water is safe to drink.
