Danese Water System has issued a boil water advisory for the entire system due to a line leak.

Beckley Water Co. has issued a precautionary boil water advisory effective immediately for Valley Road in Sophia from High Street to Virginia Street. This notice is being issued due to a broken main line.

Pineville Municipal Water Works has issued three boil water advisories: Apple Avenue, High Street and Walnut Street to the end of the system on Bear Hole Road; for Rockview from Cook-Cooper Hollow to the top of Jesse Mountain on W.Va. 10 Appalachian Highway; and from Pinnacle Drive-In to the booster station on Welch-Pineville Road.

Customers are advised to bring all water to a full rolling boil, let it boil for one minute and let cool before using, or use bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, bathing, and food preparation until further notice. Boiling kills bacteria and other organisms in the water.

The boil water advisory for Nettie-Leivasy PSD has been lifted.
