The Village of South Zanesville has issued a boil alert.
Administrator Danny Wiseman says due to two water main breaks officials are advising all water customers east of Linden Avenue, including the South Point Shopping Center to boil water before consumption.
Wiseman says customers will be notified when the boil advisory is lifted.
