COLUMBIA, SC – (WLTX) — Officials from the City of Columbia say a 2-inch water main break is the reason why they urge water customers of Padgett Woods Boulevard to boil their water for at least one full minute before drinking or cooking.

Officials also say any residents near the affected area who lost have lost water pressure should boil their water as well.
