Boil water advisory issued in Alum Creek

LINCOLN COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) — A boil water advisory has been issued for the Starlight Drive area in Alum Creek.

According to a press release, crews are working on a line break and are warning customers along Starlight Drive to boil water before using.

Officials say to let the water boil for one minute and then let it cool before using it for drinking or washing.

Officials say they anticipate resolving the problem with 48 hours.
