BEREA, Ky. (WTVQ) – The South Madison Water District has issued a boil water advisory for some Berea customers.

Areas affected are Peggy Flats Road, Walnut Meadow Road, Opossum Kingdom Road, and all side roads.

All customers are asked to boil their water for at least three minutes before using for cooking or drinking.

No word yet on when the advisory may be lifted.
