City of Owensboro under boil advisory, schools closed

Owensboro High School buses have started to run their routes.
The school plans to being moving buses at the elementary school level next, then middle school.
All middle and high schools will close at 1:30 p.m. All after school and evening events at DCPS have been cancelled.
According to the City of Owensboro, the water leak stretches from an area near 4th Street and Wing Avenue.
Due to a water main leak, OMU will be closing 4th Street from Wing Avenue to West Highland Court immediately.
