A boil advisory in Kimball Township is still in effect, but could lift around 2 p.m. Monday if Sunday’s test results come back good.
The boil advisory went into effect following a water main break near Indian Woods Elementary on Thursday, March 1.
The boil water advisory went out to homes affected by the break.
On Sunday, Kimball Township posted on its Facebook page and website that the advisory was still in affect, despite rumors that it had been lifted.
The test of a water sample taken on Saturday came back good, the announcement said.
If a water sample taken for testing on Sunday also come back clean, the advisory could be lifted sometime Monday afternoon,
