VILLE PLATTE, La. (KLFY)– Point Blue Water System has issued a water boil advisory to customers who live in the Kennedy/Eugene subdivision.

A spokesperson with the company told KLFY that the water was shut off due to an unexpected break on a 3-inch main line.

Repairmen are present at the site and war working to get the line fixed.

Water may be shut off for an approximately two hours.
