UPDATE: Boil water advisory issued after sinkhole opens in Dunbar

DUNBAR, W.Va. (WSAZ) — UPDATE 11/30/17 @ 2:05 p.m. West Virginia American Water has issued a boil water advisory for customers living near where a large sinkhole was reported Thursday morning.
This is along the 300 block of 24th Street in Dunbar.
The alert from WVAW says 45 customers including the 300 block of 24th Street, 2400 and 2500 block of Dunbar Avenue and 25th Street from Box 301B to Box 330 are affected by the advisory.
Crews were expected to repair the water main break that caused the sinkhole sometime Thursday afternoon.
Once service is restored, customers will be under the advisory until further notice.
Those customers should boil water for a minimum of one minute before consumption.
