UPDATE: More areas in Mingo County put under boil water advisory

MINGO COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) — A water line break in Mingo County has now lead to more areas to be put under a boil water advisory.
The break happened Saturday and a boil water advisory was issued until further notice for the Delbarton and Ragland areas of Mingo County, to the top of Horse Pen Mountain, and the area of Ben Creek.
According to the general manager of Mingo PSD, J.B. Heflin, more areas of Mingo County are under the boil water advisory.
Those areas include Lenore, Delfbarton, all areas of Trace Fork and Belo. Areas surrounding Laurel Creek, Dingus, and Janny’s Creek are also under the advisory.

MINGO COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) — A water line break in Mingo County has caused Mingo PSD to issue a boil water advisory for parts of the county.
According to Mingo PSD, the boil water advisory has been issued for the Delbarton and Ragland areas of Mingo County, to the top of Horse Pen Mountain, and the area of Ben Creek until further notice.
Officials with Mingo PSD tell WSAZ they hope to have the line fixed sometime Saturday afternoon but the boil water advisory could last until Monday.
