The city of Jasper has issued a boil advisory for homes on the southeast side of the city.

This affects several streets near Redemption Christian Church, including A, B, C, E, St. James Streets, and a portion of Third Avenue from Liberty Street to South Meridian Road.

Other affected areas include Highland, Hillbrook, Raymond Roads, and Energy Drive.

Residential and businesses in the affected area need to boil their water before drinking it until further notice.
