The rain of earlier this week forced the postponement of work that had been scheduled for Tuesday in Oconee County: it’s rescheduled for today, meaning water service disruptions starting at around 9 o’clock this morning for homes along Creek Bridge Drive in Oconee County. It’s part of the Mars Hill Road widening project. The water will be off for about four hours; residents are advised to boil water for the next 24 hours.
