Paullina Residents Asked To Conserve Water, Bottled Water Will Be Available

Paullina, Iowa — The City of Paullina has been placed under a Water Advisory.
According to information from O’Brien County Emergency Management, the flash flooding along Highway 10 east of Paullina has caused damage to the Paullina water main.
EMA says the water main is unable to provide water to the water treatment plant and water tower.
At this time, Paullina city officials are requesting the residents and businesses within Paullina to conserve water.
They say the current water is safe to drink, but ask that you please conserve how much water you use.
In order to help conserve the water supply that is left in Paullina’s water tower, the City of Paullina will have water bottles available as an additional resource at the Paullina City Hall starting at 3:00 pm today (Friday, September 21st).
Water bottles will be available for pickup from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm today (September 21).
Tomorrow, residents may pick up water bottles at the Paullina City Hall from 8:00 am to noon.
The Paullina City Hall is located at 127 S Main Street.
