Amazing the stuff you find when you clean out old emails. I ran across this one that I emailed on 12 December 2015. It’s a response to an email from former Oregonian reporter Kelly M. House. who wanted to (and ultimately did) interview me for her exceptional summer 2016 series, Draining Oregon. Here’s my review of that series and some modest proposals about groundwater in Oregon.
